Quality Policy

Waldron and Associates operates a quality management system, in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, to direct and control our business activities. The quality management system consists of management of our administrative and technical resources using procedures and standard documentation to achieve our quality objectives which include, but are not limited to, the following:

- to be confident that the intended quality of our services is being achieved and maintained
- by achievement and maintenance of the quality of our service we fully meet our client’s requirements and ensure enhanced client satisfaction
- to ensure, by monitoring the effectiveness of the quality management system, defects are identified and rectified so that continual improvement of business performance and productivity is ensured.

Within our Quality Manual we have set out in detail how we intend to achieve these objectives. Our Quality Manual is available to all our employees and to clients on request. It is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary.
